HOUSE RULES

We kindly request our guests to carefully read and adhere to the following house rules during their stay in our apartment.

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1:
These house rules establish the mutual relations, duties, and rights of the service providers (hereinafter referred to as the host) and service users (hereinafter referred to as the guest).

II. RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF THE GUEST

Article 2:
The guest is entitled to:
1. Freely use the apartment, along with all equipment and facilities, based on the agreements and regulations in force.
2. Make good faith attempts to resolve any complaints with the host arising from the above point.

Article 3:
Guests are not allowed to:
1. Bring combustible, explosive, or strongly odorous materials into the apartment.
2. Smoke inside the apartment.
3. Bring domestic or wild animals into the apartment.
4. Allow unregistered individuals to stay or sleep in the apartment.
5. Leave the apartment without turning off household appliances, closing windows, and locking the main door.
6. Remove items, inventory, or equipment from the apartment.
7. Rearrange furniture in the apartment.
8. Disturb the peace between the hours of 14:00-16:00 and 22:00-07:00 by creating excessive noise using electronic devices, musical instruments, or other means.
9. Consume alcoholic beverages or drinks containing alcohol in the apartment if under the age of 18.

Article 4:
The guest is required to:
1. Abide by the house rules and comply with the conditions and requirements set by the apartment host, taking good care of the property. Lack of knowledge regarding space, inventory, or equipment usage does not absolve the guest of any charges or fees for damages. For inquiries, the guest can contact the owner via phone or in person.
2. Inform the landlord of the departure time at least two days in advance.
3. Vacate the apartment by noon (12:00 hours) on the day of departure.
4. Dispose of trash in the designated container on the street.
5. Place all dirty clothes in the bathroom on the day of departure.
6. Take responsibility for personal belongings and valuables left in the apartment, as the host is not liable for any subsequent loss.

III. RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF THE RENTER

Article 5:
The host has the right to:
1. Terminate services for guests who disturb the peace.
2. Seek compensation from the guest for damages caused intentionally or negligently to apartment belongings, space, fixed inventory/equipment, installations, equipment, or furniture.

Article 6:
The host is required to:
1. Ensure peace and order for the guest and provide necessary assistance with accommodation.
2. Return or forward lost belongings to the guest. If not possible, store the belongings for at least one year and comply with existing regulations thereafter.
3. Compensate for any harm resulting from non-compliance with the obligations of these house rules, caused by the host or any person under the host's responsibility.

IV. FINAL PROVISIONS

Article 7:
Upon entering the apartment and settling the bill, the customer acknowledges that they have no rights to demand compensation for accidents resulting from improper use of space and installations inside the apartment, including the misuse of available devices.
