BAŠTINICA is a small family business in Croatia offering apartment rentals in the Croatian capital, Zagreb, and in the city of Krk on Krk Island.
We are dedicated to preserving the charm of modern living in historic city centres.

LOCATIONS

GRAD KRK

Apartments are located in the historic old town of the City of Krk, “inside the old city walls.” These two newly renovated apartment houses are situated on Zrinska Street, named after the Croatian noble family Zrinski. Together with the Frankopan family, the Zrinski family played a significant role in the medieval era and the development of Krk’s historic old town.

ZAGREB

Apartment is located on the historic Tomićeva Street, named after Croatian writer Josip Eugen Tomić. Tomićeva Street holds an important place in the city’s history, linking the Upper Town (the “Old City”) with the Lower Town, which begins at Ilica Street and leads to Zagreb’s main square, Trg bana Jelačića.
