ABOUT US

We are the Vrbanec family from Nedelišće, a small town near Čakovec in northern Croatia. Since 1992, architecture has been the core of our business through our company, DIA d.o.o. (dia-ck.hr). Architecture is our passion, and over the years, we’ve built a reputation for quality design and construction.

Recently, we ventured into the hospitality business, bringing our architectural expertise and love for historical cities to the flourishing Croatian tourism market. We are captivated by the unique charm of old town areas, their rich history, spiritual essence, and aesthetic beauty. This passion led us to invest in restoring and revitalizing houses and apartments that were once in disrepair.

With great care, we’ve reconstructed these properties using modern materials while preserving their historical integrity and spirit. The journey has not been without challenges, but with the support of our friends and business partners, we have successfully overcome them and are incredibly grateful for their help.

While our passion for architecture remains strong, we are also excited to share our love for hosting. Through our architectural achievements, we aim to make the world a more beautiful place, and through hospitality, we aspire to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
